Join us for an unforgettable winter retreat at beautiful Trealy Farm in Monmouthshire — a weekend dedicated to cold water swimming, warmth, and well-being.
Our focus is the stunning natural pool, with plenty of time each day to dip, swim, and soak up the exhilaration of cold water. To warm up, we’ve got not one but two saunas on site: a traditional wood-fired sauna and a cosy infrared sauna — perfect for recharging between swims.
