I’ve always loved swimming, but it was after moving to Herefordshire that I truly fell for outdoor swimming. In 2022, Kate from Black Mountains Swims and I began running wild swimming weekends — and in 2024, I completed my Open Water Swim Coach qualification with the STA.
Since then, Kate and I have hosted regular wild swimming weekends, open to everyone, along with private group retreats. In 2024, we launched our first Winter Swim Retreat at Trealy Farm in Monmouthshire.
In collaboration with Sarah Price Hiking, we launched Women’s Wild Walks and Water in 2025 to blend beautiful guided walks with refreshing swims.

At every event, Kate, Sarah, and I will be there to support you — making sure you feel confident, comfortable, and safe. These weekends aren’t about speed or competition. They’re about slowing down, connecting with nature, and experiencing the magic of wild water.
