Grove Farm 2025 Photo Competition

If you joined us at Grove Farm Glamping during the 2025 season, you'll know that our site has a way of creating moments worth remembering - from quiet mornings in the hammock to evenings gathered round the fire. This year, we’re marking those moments with our first-ever Grove Farm Glamping Photo Competition, created exclusively for our 2025 guests.

Whether you snapped your stay on a phone or a full-frame camera, we’d love to see the images you captured.

What brought you joy during your stay? For 2 year old Rowan it was the kettle!!

Why a Photo Competition?

Because every guest experiences Grove Farm differently—some through scenic landscapes, others through family fun, quiet hammock hours, or golden-hour group shots outside the bell tents. Your photos tell the story of this place far better than we ever could, and we want to showcase the beauty of Grove Farm through your eyes.

How to Enter

Entering is simple:

1. Choose up to three of your favourite photos from your 2025 stay.

2. Email them to us at emilygrovefarmglamping@gmail.com

3. Include your name, the month you stayed, and a short line about the moment you captured (optional but very welcomed).

Your photos can be anything that reflects your stay—epic sunsets over the Black Mountains, cosy fire pit evenings, wildlife encounters, group celebrations, or the peaceful details that made your trip special.

Prizes

We’re giving away:

🏆 1st Prize: £100 voucher towards a 2026 stay

🥈 2nd Prize: £50 voucher towards a 2026 stay

🥉 3rd Prize: A tray of Emily's award winning brownies

Winning photos will also be featured on our website and social media.

Want to boost your chances? Here’s what tends to catch our eye:

• Nature moments — sunrises, sunsets, wildlife, stargazing

• Authentic memories — groups laughing, families exploring, real snapshots of joy

• Creative angles — hammocks, tent details, shadow play, reflections

• Seasonal storytelling — from crisp spring mornings to golden autumn evenings

You don’t need to be a pro photographer—just show us what the moment felt like.

Deadline

All entries must be submitted by 31 December 2026. Winners will be announced shortly after.

Terms and Conditions:

Photos must be emailed over to emilygrovefarmglamping@gmail.com by midnight on 31 December 2025.

• Photos must have been take at Grove Farm in 2025.

• First and Second Prizes can be used on any stay in 2026. Third prizes of a tray of brownies can be added onto a stay or can be posted to an address in England and Wales.

• There is no cash alternative.

• By entering the competition, the participants agree to Grove Farm Glamping using images for promotional purposes.

• The prize is as stated. There is no cash alternative, and the prize is not transferable.

• Our decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.

• The winner will be notified within 30 days of the close of the promotion by email.

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, or alter, or amend the competition promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.

• If the winner is unable to be contacted within 1 calendar month of the closing date of the competition, we reserve the right to offer the prize to a runner-up.

• The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
